Oregon Children's Theatre Presents JASON AND THE ARGONAUTS

Adventure. Adversity. Action Figures. Oregon Children's Theatre presents a quirky and hilarious retelling of the Greek classic Jason and the Argonauts this spring at the Winningstad Theatre. This performance marks another first for the performing arts company: an international collaboration with Visible Fictions, based in Scotland.

Westport Country Playhouse Receives Challenge Grant from Newman's Own Foundation

Westport Country Playhouse has been awarded a $75,000 Challenge Grant from Newman's Own Foundation to increase individual donor support. The Challenge launched on Tuesday, December 1, 2015, to coincide with #GivingTuesday, a national day of philanthropy, and runs through Thursday, December 31, 2015.

People's Light & Theatre has announced its 40th Anniversary Season that celebrates the passion and artistry that created and sustained our company. The season includes one world premiere, two regional premieres, and one Philadelphia premiere. Nationally acclaimed artists Mary McDonnell, David Strathairn, and Victor Williams will join longtime company members and various newcomers on our stages. They will perform iconic works by August Wilson, Anton Chekhov, and Neil Simon, new plays by Bruce Graham, Bill Cain, and Jessica Dickey, and our new holiday panto by Pete Pryor and Samantha Bellomo. We will transport audiences to Merlin's Middle Ages, Ranyevskaya's changing Russia, 19th & 21st Century Gettysburg, and Lou's Bar in today's South Philly.
